Terms & Conditions

Parking

We can not automatically guarantee a parking space. If you would like to park a car, please inquire in advance.

Additional Guests

If you want to bring additional guests (more than the maximum occupancy of the villa), please check with us first. For unannounced additional guests, we will charge Rp. 400.000 extra per guest and night.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the bedrooms, bathrooms and on the sofa. If you smoke in the rooms, we will charge a cleaning fee of Rp. 3.000.000. We will charge the full replacement costs of any furniture item that has been damaged by a cigarette. You are welcome to smoke in the garden area though and we also provide an ash tray for you.

Open Fire

Candles, fireworks and other open fire are not allowed inside the villa.

Pets

Pets are not allowed inside the villa.

Parties and Events

Parties or events with outside guests are not allowed.

Damages

In case the property is damaged, the person who made the reservation is responsible for covering any costs of repair, replacement and refunds to future guests that are a result of that damage.

Liability

We are not liable for lost luggage, lost items or injuries inside the villas. Please note that the villas have a pool which is not gated and can be dangerous for young children (we can rent a pool fence at additional costs). Most areas inside the building have floor tiles that can become slippery when wet. Some villas have stepping stones going over the pool with gaps in between that must be crossed.

Accessibility or Special Needs

The villas are not designed for accessibility or special needs. Please check with us first if you have special requirements.

Cancellation and Refunds

In case a reservation is cancelled by a guest or a guest is not able to reach the villa, we are not required to issue any refunds of the payments that have already been made. We are not required to refund you in case of missed flights, cancelled flights, injuries, sickness or any other event that is beyond the control of any party. We recommend taking out a travel insurance that can covers such events.
