Booking directly on the website

  • What are the advantages of booking directly on your website?

    We give you a best price guarantee when booking directly with us and we also give more flexible terms for the final payment. In addition, we can now manage your booking directly for you without needing to involve an OTA call center for adjustment and without the risk of automatic cancellations by an OTA because of payment errors.

  • How does the best price guarantee work when booking directly?

    If you find a lower rate for the same villa on either Airbnb or Booking.com, please message us. We will then match the lower rate and give you an additional discount. The villas are only listed on Airbnb and Booking.com and we will only compare to rates that are publicly available on those official sites.

  • Which payment options are available?

    When booking through our website, payments via Visa, Mastercard, JCB and Amex are supported. If this does not work for you, please reach out to us and we might be able to offer you another way to make the payment.

  • There was an error when I tried to pay by credit card. Can I still make a booking?

    Our payment gateway has added 3-D Secure (3DS) as an additional security layer to keep your transaction safe. This can however result in an error if not supported by your bank. In case you have trouble paying, please reach out to us and we might be able to offer you another way to make the payment.

  • When do I need to make the second payment?

    You can make the second payment once you arrive at the villa. For this we accept credit cards and cash.

Villas

  • What amenities are included in each villa?

    Each villa offers a private swimming pool, en suite bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area, sofa, smart TV, sun loungers, and gardens. Some villas also have a jacuzzi and koi pond.

  • Can the king beds be split into two single beds?

    We are not able to split the king beds but can add an extra single bed into one of the rooms. Please note that this will make the room more crowded and it’s not possible in Villa Lima. If you would like to add an extra bed, please inquire in advance.

  • Is the pool completely private or shared with other guests?

    All facilities which you see in the photos, including the pool and living area, are completely private for you. Other guests don’t have access and also cannot see it.

  • Can I stay with more guests than the maximum villa capacity?

    Please send us an inquiry before making the booking and let us know how many adults and kids you would like to stay with.

  • I want to book 2 villas next to each other. Is this possible?

    When booking, please make sure you select villas in the same location. Villa Lima, Enam, Tuju, Lapan are next to each other and Villa Dua, Tiga, Sanga, Dasa are also next to each other. When selecting the villas for making a booking, you can also see the location (Jl. Sari Dewi or Gg. Kahyangan) in the description next to the photo.

  • Are the bedrooms air conditioned?

    Yes, all bedrooms are closed and air conditioned. For the living area we have a typical Balinese open concept with no walls to the private gardens and pool. The living area has ceiling fans instead of air conditioning.

  • Which villa has the most sun?

    The villas with the most sun are Villa Lima, Villa Satu and Villa Enam.

  • I want to cook during my stay. Is this possible?

    Yes, all villas have a stove and fridge to keep ingredients fresh. We also provide basic cooking equipment, some spices, plates and cutlery. For buying ingredients before check in, many guests like to ask the driver to make a stop at a large supermarket on the way to the villa.

  • Is there a washing machine in the villa?

    We don’t have a washing machine in the villa but there are laundry shops very close by. You can drop your clothes there to be washed and it’s not expensive. We can also help to bring your clothes there.

Services and Extras

  • Do you offer transportation from the airport or my previous accommodation?

    We will be happy to arrange transportation for you. There might be an additional charge depending on the distance and the length of your stay.

  • Can I check-in early / check-out late?

    Whether an early check-in / late check-out is possible depends on the next guests / previous guests. Before each check-in, we need time to clean and prepare the villa. If for example the previous guests check out in the early morning, an earlier check in might also be possible. However we cannot guarantee it will work and need to see in the situation. In case it doesn’t work, we can always keep your luggage before check in and after check out.

  • Is daily housekeeping provided?

    Yes, daily housekeeping is included.

  • Can I book daily breakfast?

    You can either add daily breakfast to your booking (there will be an option after selecting the villa) or arrange it with us afterwards. For arranging breakfast, please let us know at least one day in advance so our cook has time to buy fresh ingredients and prepare.

  • Do you provide a floating breakfast option?

    We will be happy to set up the breakfast on a floating tray and decorate it with flowers. For this we will charge Rp. 150.000 extra.

  • Can I arrange a baby cot / high chair / pool fence?

    We can set up a complimentary baby cot and high chair for you. We can also arrange a pool fence from a rental shop. The rental price for the pool fence is Rp. 400.000 for transport and installation + 200.000 per day. Please arrange with us in advance. We cannot guarantee availability at the last minute.

  • Can I arrange a private driver / day trip through you?

    We will be happy to arrange a private driver for you who can take you anywhere you would like to go. The most popular destinations for day trips are Ubud (monkey forest, temples, traditional dances, rice terrace), Tanah Lot (iconic temple in the water) and Uluwatu (temple on the cliff, kecak fire dance, beaches).

  • Can I arrange scooters through you?

    We can help to arrange scooters for you from a rental place. The price depends on the rental place and for how many days you rent. For Vario or Scoopy it usually is around Rp. 80.000 per day and for NMAX the price is usually around Rp. 125.000. Scoopy is small and easy to drive for ladies. Vario is standard. NMAX is larger and good for tall people. Most people choose Vario. One scooter fits 2 persons.

Location

  • How long does it take to go from the airport to the villa?

    It takes around 30 min to 60 min depending on the traffic.

  • I saw that you have villas in three different streets in Seminyak. What is the difference between the locations?

    We have 4 villas in Jl. Sari Dewi, Gg. Salia which are closest to Seminyak beach. It’s also a strategic location in between Eat Street which has lots of restaurants and shops and the Double Six Beach area with lots of restaurants as well. We have 4 more villas in Gg. Kahyangan which are closest to Eat Street but a bit further from the beach. One villa is located in Gg. Dewata which is very close to Jl. Raya Basangkasa and also not far from Eat Street. From our previous experience, our guests enjoyed all locations equally. If you love the beach, our location in Jl. Sari Dewi (Villa Lima, Enam, Tuju, Lapan) might be the best choice. If you prefer to be very close to main streets with restaurants and shopping, the other locations are great choices.

  • I come to Bali mainly to relax but want to see some of the cultural sites as well. Is Seminyak right for me?

    Yes, with your private villa and many excellent restaurants, bars, spas, shops and the beach in a short walking distance, Seminyak is perfect for relaxing. From here, you can go on day tours to see other sites in Bali. The most popular destinations for day tours are Ubud (monkey forest, temples, traditional dances, rice terrace), Tanah Lot (iconic temple in the water) and Uluwatu (temple on the cliff, kecak fire dance, beaches).

  • It’s my first time going to Seminyak. What are the best restaurants, spas and other places to go to?

    We provide a list of recommendations for the area in the villa handbook and you can also always ask us at any time if you would like a recommendation or have questions.

  • To which airport should I book the flight?

    The Airport name is I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport which is also known as Denpasar International Airport (DPS).
